3-D Strap

TUSA's patented 3-D strap is a true three-dimensional design that snugly fits against the head's natural curvature. The 3-D strap offers unprecedented comfort and fit unlike standard flat mask straps.

Round Edge Skirt

TUSA's Round Edge Skirt features a proprietary round edge cross-sectionally shaped skirt. This rounded edge results in a soft fit that suppresses pressure and reduces creasing left on the face. The "planar fit, instead of linear fit" silicone skirt maintains great fit and unprecedented comfort.

Angle Strap Adjustor

The 5 Angle Strap Adjustor allows for a five position micro-adjustment on both the left and right sides of the mask. This enables vertical (up/down) and horizontal (left/right) pressure on the face to be delicately adjusted for the optimum fit.

Hyperdry Purge

Clearing a mask has never been easier thanks to our patented Hyperdry System. Simply breathe out through your nose and any water that has accumulated in your mask is forced out through a one-way purge valve. Once the mask is clear, the valve seals shut.

Panoramic View

Panoramic View masks feature a variety of designs offering an incredibly wide field-of-view. Several designs incorporate minimum frame volumes, domed side-windows, reduced frame structures as well as three and four window styles for maximum vision.

Rx Lens

Rx lenses are offered on several styles of masks. This option allows the diver to choose right and left lens powers in both a variety of diopters for maximum flexibility and for a custom fit.

Hyperdry System

The Hyperdry System keeps the main pipe dry by ejecting water through an independent escape pipe. This unique design utilizes the angle of the snorkel pipe and the resilience of the water surface to eject water.

Comfort Swivel

The Comfort Swivel offers a more comfortable fit since it creates no load on the mouthpiece, straightens out during diving and doesn't get in the way. The swivel adapter makes it possible to slip the mask strap into the slit with no hassles. The two-part construction allows the snorkel to rotate and can be attached in a horizontal position.

High Flow Purge

The High Flow Purge design used on TUSA snorkels offers a covered large diameter purge valve for simple, quick clearing, reducing the amount of water remaining in the mouthpiece in an instant.

Propeller Technology

The SF-8 and FF-9 X-Pert Zoom split fins employ Propeller-Fin™ Technology, which delivers ultra-high performance with a low amplitude rapid flutter kick. As the fin moves through the water its two wing-shaped surfaces create lift and forward propulsion like a propeller. Any water traveling over the top of the blade is funneled into and out of the split between the blades. Efficiency is increased while drag and effort is reduced.

Angled Blade Design (A.B.D.)

TUSA's Angled Blade Design is employed on the SF-6 and SF-8 fins. A standard flat fin inhibits propulsion solely by fault of design. An angle between the heel of the foot and the calf of the leg remains when the leg is extended to kick. This angle causes 10% of the propulsion to be lost. The Angled Blade Design accommodates for this anatomical characteristic and ensures maximum efficiency throughout the kicking cycle.

EZ Strap and Buckle System

TUSA's EZ strap and Buckle System allows fins to be quickly and easily adjusted with minimal effort. Adjustment can be made while the fins are worn, allowing for a precise fit and ease of removal when necessary.

H.B.S. (Hybrid Blade System)

The patented Hybrid Blade System offers unparalleled propulsion, efficiency and power transfer in a multi-compound design. The H.B.S. is composed of incredibly stiff urethane side rails and an ultra-responsive membrane blade giving unlimited kicking potential.

Waist Support System (W.S.S.)

The Waist Support System significantly enhances comfort and fit by dispersing the weight load around the hips. The W.S.S. integrates the adjustable shoulder harness system with the rear stabilizing plate and cummerbund to effectively unload the hips while ensuring a snug fit.

Ultimate Stabilizing Harness (U.S.H.)

TUSA's Ultimate Stabilizing Harness completely eliminates tank roll and delivers an amazing fit. The U.S.H. securely holds the air cylinder in place with optimally placed rails and brings the tank closer to the body increasing tank control while reducing weight.

Independent Harness System (I.H.S.)

The Independent Harness System isolates the BC jacket's harness from the air cell, tightly supporting the tank even with changes in air cell inflation/deflation. The I.H.S. prevents tank slippage and eliminates any gaps between the tank and your back.

3-D Air Cell

The 3-D Cubic Air Cell allows for greater internal volume (lift) in a more compact and streamlined design. The 3-D cell increases diver comfort by expanding outwardly away from the body eliminating that "squeezed" feeling upon inflation. It also maximizes efficiency by keeping you more streamlined underwater.

A.W.L.S. (Advanced Weight Loading System)

TUSA's patented Advanced Weight Loading System (A.W.L.S.) allows the diver to insert weight into both left and right weight cartridges eliminating the need for a weight belt. Rear trim pockets combine with the A.W.L.S. to optimally balance the weight load on each TUSA integrated BC jacket.

Vibrating Alarm

TUSA's IQ-800 DC-Sapience computer is the world's only computer with an optional vibrating alarm. This unique alarm function is similar to the vibration setting on most cellular telephones. The user is alerted to important dive data with several vibrations instead of an audible alarm that can distract your dive partners.

Audible Alarm

TUSA's IQ-700 and IQ-800 computers feature audible and visual alarms for the most important dive data warnings. Ascent rate, maximum depth, no decompression limits, safety stop and several other key data can be set to alert the diver.

2 Gas Mix

TUSA's IQ-700 DC-Hunter computer features a 2 Gas Mix option. This feature allows the diver to preset two Nitrox gas mixtures (Mix 1 and Mix 2) for easy switching during the dive as necessary. Mix 1: 21 to 50%, Mix 2: 21 to 99%.

PC Downloadable

The PC download function allows the diver to transfer complete log and profile history from the dive computer to a personal computer. TUSA's PCLogbook software allows the user to keep a digital logbook, review dive profiles and plan future dives. A PC interface unit is sold separately.

UVCUT

VIEW goggles provide 100% protection from ultraviolet (U.V.) rays. Increasing exposure to U.V. rays which damage the skin and eyes has become a serious problem. 100% U.V. protection (under 380nm) provides greater eye protection during outdoor use.

Super Anti-Fog

VIEW's Super Anti-Fog treatment provides long-lasting protection against fogging caused by perspiration and heat. Wetting the inside of the lenses before use creates a film of water that ensures a clear field of view and allows the treatment to work effectively.

T.P.E. Seal

VIEW's hypo-allergenic T.P.E. seals provide maximum comfort and water-tightness over extended periods of use. The T.P.E. seals are sensitive to the skin and are able to be manufactured in numerous color combinations, unlike surgical grade silicone.

Silicone Seal

VIEW's 100% surgical grade silicone seals offer the softest and longest-lasting eye seals available on the market today. Surgical grade silicone is non-allergenic and resists stretching and fatigue from prolonged use in chlorine, reducing leakage and replacement.

Anti-Bacterial

VIEW's anti-bacterial treatment retards bacterial growth on the goggles surface ensuring a sanitary goggle for your child. Bacteria can easily be picked up from pool decks, locker rooms or other areas causing sickness.
