This warranty is valid only if the product is registered within 30 days of purchase by the consumer or authorized retailer. The warranty is non-transferable and is limited to replacement or repair at the sole discretion of TUSA as required.

Unauthorized attempts to repair or tamper with products will deem the warranty null and void.

Equipment requiring service should be returned prepaid to your authorized TUSA retailer along with dated proof of purchase.

Instrument warranty statements and timeframes are established for each type of product as follows:

1. ANALOG INSTRUMENTS

The warranty period on all Analog products is 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase by the consumer from a TUSA authorized retailer. This warranty covers compasses, depth gauges and pressure gauges.

2. DIGITAL INSTRUMENTS

The warranty period on all IQ (Instrument) digital products is 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase by the consumer from a TUSA authorized retailer. Battery leakage and life is not covered under warranty.

3. HOSES AND RUBBER PRODUCTS

The warranty period on all hoses and rubber products is 1 year (12 months) from date of purchase by the consumer from a TUSA authorized retailer.

4. RENTAL AND COMMERCIAL USE

The warranty period for analog and digital instruments in rental and commercial applications is 1 year (12 months) from date of purchase.
